New company leads for accountants

Every new company in your patch, by 7am. Minus the noise.

Each week thousands of companies join the register, and a large share will never become your client: formation-agent shells, holding companies, SPVs, or businesses that already have an accountant. Firstfile strikes them out, then AI models research the rest and send you the ones still looking, each with the directors' names and a pitch you can use.

No card needed for the trial. Every profession's lens included.

Why bought lists don't work

Half the register was never going to hire you.

New companies get a pile of letters from accountants in their first fortnight, and a lot of them go to an address where nobody reads them. Most cheap lists are a raw export of the register. Firstfile strikes out the dead ends before you see a single row.

What happens overnight

While you sleep, AI does the legwork.

It's like having a researcher go through the whole register every night, read up on every new company, and leave only the ones worth calling on your desk. You see businesses that are real, local and still choosing who to buy from.

All night

Read every filing

Every new incorporation from Companies House, the moment it's filed. Not a weekly export: the live register.

Then

Strike the noise

Formation-agent addresses, virtual offices, holding companies and SPVs are struck out by rules built on real register data.

Then

AI research

AI models read each company and its website. They work out what it really does, judge whether it's trading, and find its company email and phone.

07:00

Ready to call

Scored 0–99 for what you sell, with the directors' and owners' names, the full address and a pitch for your profession. In your dashboard, your CSV and your morning email.

What a lead looks like

A reason to call, not just a row.

AI models read every lead before you do. Each one says what the business does in plain English, why it needs you now, who runs it, and where to write.

  • AI-written pitch angles. Builders hear about CIS and the domestic reverse charge. Restaurants hear about payroll and VAT timing. Used-car dealers hear about the margin scheme.
  • Trading signals. A live website, a domain going up, or several declared activities lift the score. Shells and duplicates sink.
  • Names and addresses. Every lead names its directors and owners and gives the full registered office, straight from the register, plus a company email and phone where they publish one. Never personal email addresses.

Built for UK data rules

Prospecting that stays on the right side of PECR.

Companies, not sole traders

Limited companies and LLPs only

Firstfile lists incorporated companies, where business email with a clear opt-out is allowed. Sole traders and partnerships aren't included.

Minimal personal data

Names from the register, nothing more

Directors' and owners' names come straight from the public register. We keep generic company addresses like info@ and never collect personal emails, dates of birth or home addresses.

One opt-out for all

Objections honoured everywhere

If a company asks not to be contacted, it disappears from every customer's feed at once, not just yours.

Questions

Before you start

Isn't this data free from Companies House?

The raw register is free, and that is the problem: you get every shell, holding company and formation-agent registration with it. You pay Firstfile for what happens next: the filtering, the AI research on every company, the scoring, the pitch angles and the morning delivery that turn thousands of rows a week into a short list worth acting on.

Do I get the directors' names?

Yes. Every lead names its current directors and owners and gives the full registered office, straight from the public register. So your letter goes to a person, not to "The Director".

How do you use AI?

AI models read every new company that survives the filter, along with its website if it has one. They work out what the business really does, judge whether it's trading, find its company email and phone, and write a pitch angle for your profession. Directors' names are never sent to them.

How fresh are the leads?

New companies are read from the register as they're filed, so most reach you within a day, usually before the first wave of letters arrives at the company.

Can I choose sectors?

Yes. Pick from plain-English sectors such as construction and trades, food and drink, motor trade, or software and IT, and leave out the ones you don't serve, such as single-driver couriers or online-only shops.

What if another local firm buys the same area?

Other practices can buy the same area, but most don't act on a lead within a week. Your dashboard shows when each company filed, so you can be first to the newest ones.

Can I cancel?

Monthly plans cancel at any time and run to the end of the paid month.

Tomorrow's new businesses, sorted before you open your inbox.

Try it free for 14 days on your own patch. If it doesn't bring you a conversation worth having, cancel.
